This bowl was made from a fantastic piece of birdseye redwood. The birdseyes are throughout the piece - even on the sides where they appear to be sliced through vertically. The piece also has significant black figuring and one bark inclusion on the rim that adds more character. This bowl is food safe. I used multiple coats of finishing oil and wax to complete the piece.
